Graphic & Layout Designer

The Graphic & Layout Designer is responsible for creating a wide variety of graphically designed printed and electronic materials. This position must be able to understand, interpret and integrate branding standards and brand positioning strategy for multiple companies. This role collaborates with a variety of internal and external customers ensuring a large volume of requests are completed within tight timeframes and supports executive level and business critical activities with often sensitive/confidential issues.


•Determines, develops, designs or alters corporate materials for various mediums including forms, brochures, newsletters, social media, customized mailings and presentations in adherence with company branding standards.

•Analyzes and interprets content and data to find the best solution to visually present the information.

•Prepares files for printing and may trim and apply finishing details to materials prior to distribution.

•Gathers information or specific details relating to the project to ensure alignment with established brand positioning while keeping projects on track and deadlines met.

•Utilizes tracking system to capture all existing graphic design projects and ensures notes are documented in manner that is understandable by other staff within the department.

Required: Associate’s
Preferred: Bachelor’s

Field(s) of Study: Graphic Arts, Graphic Design or closely-related field

Required: Minimum of 3 Years

Experience Details: Minimum of 3 years of graphic design or related experience is required.
